A good beginning is half done...."only half done"...

"forget greatness, for it eludes the most talented. It is the ability of a player to convert every single drop of potential into performance that makes him a better player..."

it looks like good statement...doesn't it.... ??... read that from the last week sportstar weekly...

but i wonder why.... indian cricketers never realised this... do they feel that ... they have been there and done that... when they won the test series....??

It would be a cliche to say that... indian players are sloppy in the field... but would it be the same... i mean shud it be the same... wid new forms of the game ... being brought in to the system...??.....

the commentators say that india has a batting line up formidable than most better teams in the world...

three of the top four batsmen in the order ..have put together 35,000+ runs.... isn't it wonderful on paper...but games or not won on paper ... they are won on this ring kind of thing with 11 players grappling every single moment to show their potential....

The last match between india and england.. once again shows....how poor finishers...indians are...
i remember a tour against sri lanka... when india lost almost all the matches... having had a great start.... this shows how complacent we are...

because we believe... that the opposition batting line up is merely 6-7 players... and the rest are trivial... we seldom see ..these so-thought "trivial" players do more than bad in any odi...
forget bad... they have done quite good... and why does this happen...??

A question to brood over....!!!!
